Ardin Textiles Return and Exchange Policy
At Ardin Textiles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange
- Products must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
- Items without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- For hygiene reasons we do not exchange/refund quilts, comforter pillows, mattress protectors.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@theardin.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.
4. Return Delivery Charges
- For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color ordered), a return delivery fee of Rs.300 will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Ardin Textiles reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above eligibility criteria.
