Thank you for shopping at TheArdin. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including transparent and efficient shipping and returns processes.
1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer standard shipping across Pakistan. Currently, we offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will apply.
- Estimated delivery time is typically 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for other locations within Pakistan, once the order has shipped.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or issues with the courier service.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations in the future.
Damages
TheArdin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must have all original tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Please contact our customer support team at Sales@theardin.com or visit our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. For exchanges, please specify the new item/size/color you would like.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions if applicable.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection (where the error was not ours), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), TheArdin will cover the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
- Once your return for exchange is received and inspected, we will process the shipment of your new item.
- If there is a price difference for the exchanged item, we will contact you to settle the difference.
